It was a great opportunity for the Foundation to be invited to speak at the just ended WHO Conference in Accra, Ghana which sought to address access to medications for patients with neurological diseases using Parkinsons Disease and Epilepsy as tracer conditions.
 
As a foundation ,we shared what we believed were barriers and solutions to patient access to medications and what as a foundation we have been doing so far.
 
Dr. Vida Obese shared that when the knowledge gap, diagnostic gap and the access to medications is targeted ,we will make significant gains in our management of Parkinsons Disease in Ghana and Africa as a whole.
